Our first season honors the  power in numbers — exploring the narrative identity shifts that happen when a trio of our fave voices take their first leap into something new, offer a brave second look at archived work, and contemplate what it means to live full out in their third act.

Meet THE VOICES

LILA DUPREE
SUMMER 2026

Summer 2026. Monet is a lifelong educator with a passion for creating accessible, engaging learning experiences. Known for a calm, encouraging teaching style, Monet believes that growth happens when learners feel both challenged and supported.

  • Lila Dupree hails from Boston and is a Los Angeles-based performer, producer, writer and director.

    As a performer and writer, she and her words have been seen on stages from London to Los Angeles as well as on TV, film and the interwebs. She has created, produced and directed theatre in South Africa, New York and LA as well as film and original digital content in LA.

    She is the founder of Lady Ship Productions, a female-centric production company. Her writer/director debut, Big Sur, premiered at the Oscar-Qualifying LA Shorts International Film Festival in July 2023 and won the Jury Award for Best Narrative Short at Washington West Film Festival, Best Family Short at the Manhattan Film Festival and was in competition at numerous festivals around the US. The feature of Big Sur was recently developed at the Stowe Story Labs' Fall 2025 Feature Campus.

    A former Mentee in Women In Film's Mentorship Program, her comedy pilot Kill Me Now was a Quarter-Finalist in the 2023 Moonshot Pilot Accelerator, received an Honorable Mention from the 2023 Big Apple Film Festival Screenplay Competition and was developed further at the Spring 2024 HerArts Film Lab in Paestum Italy.

    A veteran volunteer at kids' grief camp Experience Camps, she speaks 4.25 languages, is the mother of Lenny Kerchuck McNuggets, a rubber chicken, and has spent time captaining wooden ferry boats on the coast of Maine.

    She has a B.A. in Anthropology and African Studies from Columbia University and trained at LAMDA and the Atlantic Acting School. Member SAG-AFTRA, Dramatist's Guild.

DIAHNNA NICOLE BAXTER
FALL 2026

Fall 2026: Emmett is a detail-oriented instructor who’s spent the past decade helping people develop new tools, habits, and mindsets. Their approach is clear, practical, and always infused with curiosity and care.

  • Diahnna Nicole Baxter (director/actress/producer) is a ruthless storyteller who addresses trauma as an opportunity for transformation through storytelling.

    A pioneer of the web, she co-created, co-wrote and starred in SATACRACY 88, the first web series to win an Emmy Award, and was nominated again the following year. She also took home the People’s Voice Webby Award.

    A graduate of Duke University, her studies of Literature and African/Women studies took her to Cairo, Egypt where she worked with famed activist and writer Nawal Al-Saadawi. Returning to the states with a new worldview, Diahnna integrated her love for storytelling and passion for studies of marginalized women’s voices with performance.

    Diahnna has been on a multitude of television sets as an actress (Tell Me Your Secrets, Scandal, True Blood, Jane the Virgin, American Crime Story, The Fosters) to name a few.

    She wrote, produced, and starred in her first short film, Cowboy’s Girl, which screened at Palm Springs International Short Film Festival, Toronto International Black Film Festival, PAFF, and many other festivals around the country. Currently, her solo directorial debut, Epigenetics, is hitting the festival circuit. She is also developing a limited series, Finding Lady, about Billie Holiday.

    Beyond creating stories, Diahnna embodies the transformation of body, mind, and spirit as a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher.

ANTJUAN TOBIAS
SPRING 2027

Spring 2027. Eleanor's background spans education, coaching, and creative development. With a strong focus on process and progress, Eleanor helps learners move from where they are to where they want to be—one step at a time.

  • Antjuan Tobias is a Birmingham-raised, Los Angeles-based actor, comedian, and producer of the Netflix-featured Black Enough Comedy Show. His television and film work includes Angelene (Peacock), Scandal (ABC), Army Wives (Lifetime), Meet the Browns (TBS), and Somebodies (BET).
